What is IPL used for?

The Harmony IPL Skin Rejuvenation system will improve

  • Dull complexions
  • Pigmentation
  • Large pores
  • Sun damaged skin
  • Wrinkles
  • Sun and age spots

Resulting in a smoother texture of the skin and creating a more even skin tone and a younger and more attractive skin.

Does the treatment hurt?

You may feel a slight sting when the Intense Pulsed Light is applied, like the snapping of a small rubber band.

How will my skin appear after treatment?

For sun damage, brown spots, age spots and pigmentation, the spots generally look darker for 3-7 days following the treatment. Crusting can occur, which may last up to ten days. The spots will then begin to clear which will leave a clearer more even skin tone.

The skin may appear slightly red for 24-48 hours prior to treatment and feel slightly warm.

How much does the treatment cost?

The treatment involves a series of tiny injections in to the areas which you wish to be treated. The procedure is relatively pain free. Botox comes in a form of a vial in powder form. It is then diluted by adding a saline solution. The nurse then decides on dosages suitable.

What are the common areas to be treated with Botox?

Treatments start from £125 and courses are available.
